How do I register?
If you would like to sign up for our stock update emails you can do so by clicking here. You do not need to be registered with RetailonSale.co.nz to purchase an item(s), instead you can simply enter you details during checkout to complete your order. Our system will automatically create a password for you so you can check your order status and order info, your username will be the email address that you entered. When you shop with us next time you can enter these login details again and your delivery info will be entered for you during checkout.
   
 
I ordered multiple items but I have only received some of them.
As items are generally despatched from separate suppliers the arrival times of your purchase may vary by a day or two, even though you made a single payment for them. If however you have not received an item after 3 work days please contact us and we will track it for you.
     
 
When am I charged for my purchase?
Our secure payment facility has a pre-authorisation stage which allocates the funds required to make your purchase but your credit card is not actually debited until we have verfied that the item(s) are available for despatch. In any situation in which you are charged and an item has become unavailable after your card has been debited, charges will be refunded in full. For internet banking, your product will be despatched once the funds are cleared in our account, usually the day after you have made payment to us. Any refunds due will be made back to your nominated bank account.
 
 
How do I return an item?
We do our best to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase, but if an item that you have ordered is the wrong fit or not quite what you expected you can return it for an alternative or a refund. To return you must: - have the item on its way back to the supplier within two working days of receiving it - notify RetailonSale.co.nz of the return by email - and state the item you are returning. Once the item has been received back by the supplier we will either have an alternative item sent to you or process your refund. If you paid for your order by internet banking you will also need to email us you account number. Credit card orders are automatically refunded.
  
 
How long does delivery take?
We look to our suppliers to despatch items within 24 hours of receiving your order, and standard delivery time is 2-3 working days. If you have not received anything after 3 working days of placing your order please contact us and we will have the supplier trace it for you. If you require prompt delivery for any reason please contact us as soon as you have placed your order and we will arrange this for you.
