We have a simple returns policy that allows you to return an item for an exchange or a refund.
If your purchase doesn't fit, doesn't suit you or simply is not what you expected you can return it for a full refund (excluding original freight) or exchange for an alternative size/style if preferred.
Items must be on their way back to the supplier within two days and must be in the same condition you received them in and have the original tags still intact.
If an item is listed on a 'no returns' basis it will be clearly stated in the product description. We are also unable to allow returns on underwear or pierced jewellery purchases for reasons of hygiene.
